I have decided to run a half marathon on June 9th. This will be my official first organized run-- I have done a couple of 5k's but those don't really count- do they?? :)
Not only is this a log of my running and "fueling" so I can keep track but I am also on a quest to loose some weight by then as well. I plan to use this blog to keep track of the journey between now and June 9th and see how it goes. I will weigh myself ONCE a week-- most likely on Tuesdays and will try and track exercise, run times, food habits, FEELINGS, etc.
I might also include some photos-- YIKES--
So HERE WE GO!!!!!!
